Bankollen is an app that allows golfers to rate and read ratings of golf course conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service at any time.
To use Bankollen you need to create an account. You are responsible for:
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs via your account
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate
When you submit a review on Bankollen you agree that:
• Reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience
• You will not submit false, misleading or harmful ratings
• We may remove reviews that violate these terms
• You grant us the right to display your reviews in the service
The following is not permitted on Bankollen:
• Manipulating ratings or reviews
• Creating multiple accounts to influence ratings
• Using the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the service
Bankollen is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service is error-free or always available. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts.
